with better diet and
physical condition

It's not wise to take a fast slim-cure that reduces your weight for some weeks and after that the weight increases again. Permanent sliming is a result of changing your eating habits.

Analyze your habits: Add now a battle plan that provides a lasting slim line. Transform your way of life that gives you over weight. Start up with taking a look at your lifestyle habits:

You don't have to hunger yourself to slim down. And you don't need a fast cure to be slim. You need a healthy cure. That means you have to slim yourself slowly.

Eat more often and less food at the time.

Eat vegetables and bread.

Stay away from cakes, chocolate and all that contains sugar in the food you eat and in what you drink. Don't fool yourself with "light-coke" or any other sort of sweet "light-drink".

Beer increases your weight so drop the beer.

Stop drinking the mineral waters and coke completely. There's too mush sugar in that and sugar is killing your hopes to slim down.
