 Slimming Diet

Most important of all for slimming is to improve your dietary habits in relation to before you started treatment. If you fold over the sweets and fats after your slimming program has ended, it can quickly be in vain.

Be suspicious to any diet promising you quick results. There is however two following cures that are promising you just that sent to us from our readers. Think twice before you jump on these courses: Have the Mountain rule in mind: "There is no shame to turn back".

We get many requests from readers with questions about these courses. Some want to make changes in treatment because they do not like or can eat some of the foods that are in the recipe.

It is up to you whether you wish to make changes in the treatment. But the change in treatment does not guarantee that you achieve the desired results. We in the editorial recommends that you read more about diet and exercise on Slim and Dieting before you start on one of these courses.

We can not guarantee the boast results here and recommend contact with a doctor if you are not healthy and would like to try the dieting. Remember that dieting could be both unnecessary and harmful as much as significantly overweight can be harmful.

  3-days-cure

Day 1:
Breakfast: 1 / 2 grapefruit, 1 piece toasted bread, 2 teaspoons peanut butter.
Lunch: 1 / 2 cup tuna, 1 piece toast.
Dinner: 2 slices of meat (85 g) optional, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, 1/2 banana.
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 piece salt biscuits.
Dinner: 2 sausages in bread, 1 cup broccoli, 1 / 2 cup carrots, 1 / 2 banana, 1 / 2 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece toast.
Lunch: 1 piece of Cheddar, 5 pieces of salty crackers, 1 small apple.
Dinner: 1 cup tuna (olive is good to), 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 / 2 honey melon, 1 / 2 cup vanilla ice cream.

The diet works on a chemical breakdown. It must not be varied or replaced with something else in the diet plan. Remember - No eating out of meals. Coffee, tea and water may be drunk and out of meals. Salt and pepper can be used, but no other seasonings. Where there is no precise information about the dimensions and weight, are no restrictions other than common sense.

This diet should be used for 3 days at a time, on the 3 days will be losing up to 5 kg. After 3-day diet you can eat normally again, - but not much. After 4 days of normal food, starts usually recognized with 3-day diet. Up to 20 kg can be slim in one month assertive there.

 

  Metabolism diet "recipe"

This diet lasts for 13 days, and is therefore hard, but effective. The diet is to change your metabolism, which means that after 13 days you can eat normally without putting you in the next 2 years. So it is not a traditional "hunger diet", and does so even after the diet tens termination.

If treatment is followed slavishly, you will lose the excess body fat (7 - 20kg.). The cure is to be followed for 13 days, neither more nor less. But as mentioned it should be followed slavishly. If the cure drink a beer / wine or eat lick sugar or gum, or eat the extra food THEN CANCEL IMMEDIATELY the cure, as the effect is forfeited. Cure may NOT be restart egain until after 1 / 2 years. If you come only to the 6.te days, then cure can be restarted after 3 months. If treatment is followed to the letter in every 13 days, it must under no circumstances be restarted before 2 years.

If you get hungry, drink at least 2 liters of water per. day. Remember to drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters per day. Coffee should not be replaced with tea, and use sugar as indicated. The diet should be followed to the letter 13 days, neither more nor less.

The cure opinionated to be made by the Danish National Hospital, but this is probably doubtful. We recommend that courses to be used in conjunction with the physician.

Metabolism DIET

Day 1:
Breakfast: 1 cup black coffee with sugar.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 / 2 package spinach cooked in water + 1 tomato
Dinner: 200g beef steak + lettuce 2 to 3 leaves (or Chinese cabbage) with oil and lemon

Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee and a sugar
Lunch: 8 - 1 / 2 can of bog/ham + 1.25 cup plain yoghurt
Dinner: 200g beef and salad as day 1 and 1 fruit

Day 3
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + slice toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs +1 / 2 box bog/ham + salad
Dinner: Boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fruit

Day 4:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + slice toast
Lunch: 2 dl. juice without sugar or 1 can of fruit cocktail + 1.25 dl. plain yoghurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 fox carrot + 1 / 2 cup cottage cheese

Day 5:
Breakfast: 1 large fox carrot with lemon
Lunch: 200g cooked fish m / lemon juice to 1 / 2 lemon and a splash of butter
Dinner: 1 large beefsteak 200g + salad 2 to 3 leaves (tabs, Chinese cabbage) with celery

Day 6:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + slice toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large carrot fox
Dinner: 1 / 2 Chicken + lettuce 3 to 4 leaves of lemon and oil

Day 7:
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea without sugar
Lunch: NOTHING
Dinner: 1 piece of grilled lamb chop + fresh fruit

Day 8:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee and a sugar
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 / 2 package spinach cooked in water + 1 tomato
Dinner: Steak 200g + salad 2 to 3 leaves (or Chinese cabbage) with oil and lemon

Day 9:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee and a sugar
Lunch: 1 / 2 can bog/ham + 1.25 dl. Clean/natural yoghurt
Dinner: 200g beef and salad as day 1 and 1 fruit

Day 10:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + slice toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 8 to 10 slice cooked ham + salad
Dinner: Boiled celery + tomato + 1 fruit

Day 11:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + slice toast
Lunch: 2 dl. No-sugar juice or 1 can of fruit cocktail + 1.25 dl. Clean/natural yoghurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 fox carrot + 1 / 2 cup cottage cheese

Day 12:
Breakfast: 1 large fox carrot with lemon
Lunch: 1 large piece of boiled cod 200g m / juice of 1 / 2 lemon and splash of butter
Dinner: 200g beef + salad with celery

Day 13:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large carrot fox
Dinner: 1 / 2 Chicken + lettuce 3 to 4 leaves (or Chinese cabbage) with lemon and oil.
