Many articles and news has over the last years focused on the health risk connected with the regular using of mobile phones: Cancer, heating of the brain the so called microwave-effect, reduction in fertility, excessive tiredness, concentration problems, headache and a series of other different problems.

One of the most profiled persons complaining about the health problems from mobile phones is Gro Harlem Brundtland former UN-WHO-director and prime minister in Norway: She can't have mobile phones around her without getting health problems.

How do we react to this information? Many people chose to ignore these articles: One of the reasons why is the contra information from the mobile phone companies or information paid by these.

What do you do? It's a problem to regard something you can't physically see as a problem: What are supposed to be harmful about the mobile phones are the things about it that you can't see. It's the rays. They are invisible.

Suppose you can get ill from the mobile phones? Why run a big risk? It must be a frustration to be seriously ill because of the use of mobile phones some years later from now:

Give yourself mobile siestas - like some hours per day. Don't use the mobile more than you strictly need to. Let the answering systems do the job. Let your friends and partners know when you normally have the siestas every day so they can call you outside your break: They will surely respect it. May be they will find this a good idea and adopt your habit? This is a question of giving yourself a better life without running high risk of getting ill.
